On March 5, 2025, Managing Partner Nguyen Van Phuc represented HM&P Law Firm (“HM&P”) at the seminar titled Corporate boards: inclusive and diverse development held in Hanoi. The event was co-organized by the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) and the Vietnam Institute of Directors (VIOD), with technical support from the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs of Switzerland (SECO). The seminar attracted over 100 delegates, including female Chairpersons, Board Members, business leaders, and leading experts in corporate governance.
