On November 14, 2024, the DEX Connex 2024 program, co-hosted by the Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) and Sunwah Innovations, took place vibrantly in Ho Chi Minh City. Panel discussions on technology transfer, emerging trends, and international business models garnered significant attention, with over $34 million worth of important memorandums of understanding and cooperation agreements signed between Malaysian and Vietnamese enterprises. Supported by international organizations and investment funds, Vietnamese businesses have the opportunity to seek partnerships and funding for technology development projects.

During the program, Mr. Nguyen Van Phuc shared HM&P Law Firm's activities in supporting and providing legal services to foreign businesses in Vietnam. He also listened to the concerns and insights of Malaysian enterprises regarding investing and expanding their operations in Vietnam. According to Lawyer Phuc, key considerations for Malaysian tech companies and foreign businesses investing in Vietnam include intellectual property protection, technology transfer contracts, tax regulations, and investment procedures.
