Ho Chi Minh City, 01st July 2026 – HM&P Law Firm ("HM&P") is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Pham Thanh Huy as Senior Associate, effective 01st July 2026.

During his time at HM&P, Lawyer Pham Thanh Huy has participated in advising many important legal issues for businesses in the fields of corporate, investment, real estate, construction, commercial and M&A transactions. He has assisted clients in reviewing, building and negotiating commercial transactions, completing corporate legal documents, as well as resolving issues arising in the process of operation and corporate governance. These contributions have contributed to helping clients control legal risks more effectively, while supporting business activities to be implemented stably and sustainably.
In addition to advisory activities, Lawyer Huy is also actively involved in building and developing HM&P's internal professional capacity by researching legal changes, sharing practical knowledge and coordinating with lawyers in developing consulting solutions tailored to the specific requirements of each client. As a Senior Associate, Pham Thanh Huy will continue to accompany clients in HM&P's focus areas, including corporate, investment, capital markets, finance – banking and M&A, while further participating in professional development activities training lawyers and building legal solutions to meet the increasingly complex requirements of the market.
